Each 100ml cup contains 16g of protein, and each 450ml tub contains 72g of protein.
ProScoop is considered lower calorie than traditional ice cream, while still being high in protein. Each 100ml cup contains around 110 calories and 16g of protein — meaning about 58% of the calories come from protein.
Our current flavors include Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge, Tiramisu Latte, Matcha Cloud, and Cookies & Cream. We also plan to launch seasonal and limited-edition flavors.
No, ProScoop is currently not vegan. Our ice cream contains dairy and whey protein. However, we are working on producing a vegan flavor in the future.
Yes, ProScoop always contains milk and soy. Some flavors may also contain wheat. Please always check the product label before consuming.
Keep ProScoop stored in the freezer at -18°C. For the best creamy texture and best flavor, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before eating.

Yes, delivery is possible in Amsterdam within specific postcode zones. At checkout, enter your postcode to see if delivery is available for your area. If delivery is not possible, pickup is always an option. Because PROSCOOP is a frozen product, we currently have limited delivery zones, but we are working on expanding to more places in the Netherlands.

ProScoop lasts around 3 months in the freezer, but please check the best-before date on your cup. For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying it as fresh as possible.
Like any ice cream, the texture can change if it melts and refreezes — it may become icy, sticky, or less creamy. Because PROSCOOP is made with minimal additives, the texture can be affected more easily. Keep it frozen, avoid leaving it out for too long, and place it back in the freezer as soon as possible after eating.
